Your contact message is used only to reply to your enquiry. Your newsletter email is used only to send you product updates and launch news (like when Pharmacy POS or Restaurant POS go live).

Your data is stored in our application database, which is hosted on our server alongside the website. Access is restricted to authorized DynamexSoft personnel only (the founders).

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely — at any time, for any reason. Just email us and we'll act on your request within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe instruction (or just email us and we'll remove you).

We keep contact messages and newsletter signups for as long as we run the business, so we can reply to follow-ups and keep you informed of launches. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it from the live database within 30 days.

Backups may contain deleted data for up to 90 days after deletion, after which it is permanently gone.
